Homemade, Café & Bakery, Must Try.

In their own words:

Lorena Ramos Paz was born in the city of Huaral, located at 80 Km north of Lima, capital city of Peru. She was raised in a family dedicated to the food business who influenced in her the taste and affection to the art of good cooking since she was very young. Following her dream and her talent, she first studied at the Institute of the Andes, moving later to the “Culinary Institute Le Cordon Bleu – Peru”. She currently lives in Toronto, Canada, where she worked for over 23 years in a prominent Peruvian restaurant. She frequently participates in various gastronomic events in Toronto, where she proudly exposes the culinary reputation of Peru. Every year she travels back to Lima to continuously refine and update her art, specifically in the fields of Tamales, Ceviches, Traditional “Criolla” cuisine and Novo-Andina. At Latin Taste we would like to share this experience and the exotic flavours of South America at very affordable prices, not only with the Latino community but with everyone in this fabulous and diverse city.
