With a “nose-to-tail” sensibility, and a long-term devotion to sustainable and ethical ingredients, Cava maintains it’s reputation as a destination restaurant who balances responsibility with a memorable dining experience.
Designed to underscore the elemental relationship between food and wine, the simple, charming room has traditional table seating for 56 as well as a bar seating for 10.
